Qualified veterinary physiotherapist
Working with horses and ponies of all shapes and sizes, from European Gold medal winning competition animals to happy hackers, and those needing rehabilitation from injury
I’m a Level 7 qualified and fully insured Veterinary Physiotherapist with over 10 years experience in practice. I have a BSc in Equine Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Veterinary Physiotherapy, covering Essex and the surrounding areas, with monthly trips to Newmarket.
I use a range of techniques, including manual work and electrotherapies, as well as full rehabilitation/exercise plans. I offer INDIBA radiofrequency for both rehabilitation purposes and competition maintenance. I am an FEI Permitted Equine Therapist, allowing treatment using restricted therapies on site at FEI competitions.
I work closely alongside vets and other members of the multidisciplinary team to achieve the best outcome for your horse.
About Me
Services
-
Veterinary Physiotherapy involves using a combination of techniques (massage, stretching, joint mobilisations), electrotherapies (INDIBA radiofrequency, laser) and remedial exercises to rehabilitate animals from injury and chronic conditions, as well as maintain peak physical condition for optimal performance.
-
INDIBA is a science based technology with extensive clinical evidence, providing radiofrequency at 448KHz in a closed circuit, with both thermal and sub-thermal settings, allowing for deeper penetration of tissues to increase blood flow and biostimulation.
-
I am a certified FEI Permitted Equine Therapist, which allows me to treat horses using Restricted Supportive Therapies at FEI competitions. To gain this certification I had to provide evidence of my education and further training, as well as pass an exam to ensure appropriate knowledge of the regulations involved.

“We use Natalie to maintain all of our daughter’s competition horses; we found a real benefit in keeping the horses comfortable and an improvement in their movement post treatment. We couldn’t rate Natalie more highly, she is so good with the horses and really flexible.”

“I can’t recommend Natalie enough. My horse sustained a bilateral suspensory issue and Natalie has treated him with INDIBA therapy which has escalated his healing to get the all clear so much faster than initially anticipated. Natalie is super kind, calm and efficient with the horses and very knowledgeable.”

“Natalie is a superstar, she’s super knowledgeable, brilliant with the horses and lovely. She’s supported Freddie through kissing spine rehab, and now comes and visits him for maintenance. I know she’s always at the end of the phone if I need any help too!”
